THE CONCEPT

Gourmet homemade burger restaurant in Lyon, rue Jean Jaurès near the Saxe-Gambetta metro stop, with local bakery bread, fresh produce from the Rhône-Alpes region and unlimited homemade fries. All in a cosy, well-kept atmosphere.

This concept was created by a group of homemade burger enthusiasts who wanted to make this well-known and often overused dish even better by applying the fundamentals of French cuisine. The products are fresh and locally sourced, and everything is homemade with a real chef in the kitchen.

For vegetarians, there's a dedicated burger on the menu, and all the others can be made with grated potatoes instead of steak.
